Greetings,
The Solutions Menu EX was last updated for Windows 8.1. It might also work with W10, but you are the first to ask about W11.
If you had it installed previously under W8.1/10 and upgraded to W11 it could become broken.
If installed now, uninstall it.
Restart
Now attempt to install the v1.4.1 in compatibility mode on W11. Can't say if this will work or not. Keep in mind the printer is more than 10 yrs old now. It cannot be supported indefinitely.
