Hello guys,
I'm having some issues installing drivers for my Prograf PRO-4100S on my new laptop. For some reason when I run the installer the first window that pops up (asking to choose printer) is blank. I have attached an image screenshot below.
I have tried running the setup as administrator, turning off windows firewall etc without any success. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
FYI, the laptop is running Windows 11.

I have tested the driver setup wizard for the imagePRGRAF PRO-4100S on a Windows 11 PC and it is working correctly (see image below).
Please ensure you are installing the file named imagePROGRAF PRO-4100S / PRO-6100S series Printer Driver Ver.5.40 (Windows). Click HERE to go to the Drivers and Downloads page for the PRO-4100S. I hope this is helpful.
