imageCLASS MF644Cdw MS Word only Shows 8.5x11 (no other size options) when connected to printer

I have a Canon imageclass MF644 Cdw laser printer

2 days ago I was still printing envelopes without any issues.

Yesterday every time I would print, the print preview clearly was misaligned, and the printer would ask for letter size paper. Again, had no issues the day before or any other day until now. 

I've re-installed the driver. Done everything I could in MS Word. Finally figured out if I unselect the printer, suddenly word has the full range of size options again. So I have isolated it to the printer.

I'm at a loss for what else to do. It is very frustrating for an issue like this to spring up out of nowhere.

same problem again. how in the world can I pay $500 for a machine that is so unreliable and no one is willing to help me. Helpless. Hopeless. I'm trying to run a busy, can't keep dealing with this. It's not any setting on my end. It's something Canon is choosing to do with their software/firmware. I've updated everything. What do you want from me. Please for the love of god someone help.

1. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
2. Are you able to select different paper sizes from other programs on the computer when you run into the issue in Word?
