Hi there, 

Having what appears to be a common issue.  I've read multiple threads on this and unfortunately none of them have worked for me.  The closest, most recent one is here: https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Software-Networking/imageCLASS-MF455dw-MF-Scan-Utility-Dr...

Like this user, I'm on a Deco wifi, but I'm not running any third party antivirus.  

While I'm trying to install this on a new PC running W11 Home, I did have this running a few weeks ago.  The printer started acting odd (is still acting odd - often I have to restart before each print job as it gets locked "waiting for file name") but now I am unable to reinstall.

Appreciate your help in getting me back to running!

Hello,

If the scan utility is stating that the driver is not installed, it would mean that the main driver install from our site has yet to be installed or did not install properly. You can try reinstalling the [Windows 64bit] MF634Cdw/MF632Cdw MFDrivers (Generic Plus UFR II / Generic FAX / ScanGear) from our site. You can turn off any antivirus or firewall software that may prevent the setup from finding the printer or installing the drivers. If you run into issues with the install or if you continue to get the same error after the install, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
