TS6420a. Got this 3 months ago and it worked fine. Have not used it for a month due to illness. Now it won’t print from my iPhone printer submissions. Gave up and reset to original settings. Trying to connect to WiFi using “easy connection”. It gets to a screen on the printer front that says follow directions on smartphone, but there’s nothing on my iPhone. What do I do now? Really need help!
