I bought a canon PIXMA TS3722 from Walmart but cannot get it to wirelessly connect to my MacBook Air or my iPhone. I get to the network connection stage and it stops working. It also won't connect to the IPv4 or Bonjour connection. I'm a student and am connected to the schools wifi. please help

If you can connect your laptop to the wifi and your printer is close by save yourself a lot of trouble and connect your printer using a printer/usb cable, your schools wifi could easily be blocking any printer connection. Your phone uses the same cable.

Thank you so much! Every time I looked for it, the only option that came up was usb not usb-c. I’m also working with my schools IT department to get it unblocked.

Sorry to ask again. The school unblocked the printer and I get to the screen that says add printer, but my printer won't show up.
