imageCLASS MF465dw can't access remote UI for scanning and email

I am trying to set up scanning/email abilities.  I keep getting the following issue:  

Cannot access Remote UI -Configure a [Remote UI Access PIN], or a [System Manager ID] and [System Manager PIN] on the device.

This is after I try to put in the IP address.  This is way harder than I feel it should be.  How can I work around this?  I need access to this As Soon As Possible.  Chat is not available and Customer Support has not called me back.

Hello,

To set the admin pin, you can use the steps on our knowledgebase using the link HERE. Once you log in, you can enter your email info using the remote UI. Unfortunately, we do not have chat options for this model, but you can contact support directly over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist further.
