Hello I'm trying to assist a client with an issue with scan to email on his imageCLASS MF267dw. Whenever he tries scanning to his email it says "Canceling" on the display and then prints out a TX Results Report with "Error" next to his email address.
I have set up his email through the UI on the computer at "http://<the IP address of the machine>/sendsupport_login.html" with no luck. The SMTP Server is correct as well as his login credentials. I installed the printer drivers and updated the firmware on the scanner itself which made no difference.
It is a network printer also. Any ideas?
