Frustrated. Old computer died and am having a devil of a time getting new one to do what I want. I got a Acer Chromebook mainly to use as a word processor. I have a Canon LBP6230dw printer and can't get it to connect wirelessly to my new Chromebook. I have tried over and over again with no success. I have downloaded the driver and installed it, it comes up in the offerings on the device page, printers. I send a job or print and the printer does nothing yet if I check printer jobs, it shows what I sent to print and even says printed "printed" yet the printer does nothing. I have looked for other drivers that would work but have not found any. What is my problem? I have gone through the process of loading them and trying it too many times to count...still nothing. help. I have turned the computer off, the printer off and tried to reboot it to no avail but am going to try that again. Any suggestions? I am about to return the computer and get another and see if it helps.
