I did a Google search for that number, and it looks like that's the number on the bottom of your printer. You shouldn't ever have your printer upside down!
The model of your unit is likely on the front panel at the bottom right corner (this image is from the Internet, but I added the arrow):
And if the printer in the image is your unit, it's probably the PIXMA MG3620. You can re-install the software to put it on your new WiFi. Snag it here: https://canon.us/mg3620setup
