driver not available - PIXMA TR8620

product support page  - MP driver utility not avail for my windows 11 - which is supported by this product.   Why canon.  Why make it so hard to scan.  2 hours troubleshooting.   to scan 1 page with your product.  can't get driver.

Did you install the printer setup package? That should allow you to install IJ Scan Utility. That is what I use with my TR8620a.

You can also try using the setup wizard to install the whole software package. Get it at https://canon.us/ijsetup
