Unable to get my Mac to connect to Pixma Pro-100 via USB or wireless

Hey all,

I feel like I have tried everything I know. Disconnecting, reconnecting, uninstalling, reinstalling, shut off, turn on again etc etc. I just cannot seem to get my Mac running Sonoma 14.3 to discover the printer either wireless or via usb cable. I have installed and reinstalled the correct drivers etc to no avail. Halp please! Does this old printer need to be trashed? Can it be saved? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a Pro-100 connected via Wi-Fi to a MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.3.

1. you downloaded and installed the latest driver from the Canon support site - PRO-100 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver.16.80.0.0 (Mac)

2.  You selected Add printer in System Settings and selected the Canon IJ Series driver when it appeared.

3. If that is not working for you register your product on the Canon support site and request support.
