Unable to use PIXMA G620 Web Login

I am trying to log into the G620 web page. When I go to the printer's web page it comes up with the Menu Screen and Status page. One of the options is to Log In. When I click on the Log In button. It does not accept anything. Does the end user not have permissions to access setting fofrom the web page? I want to make changes to the network settings which cannot be made from the print screen on the printer.

The serial number does not work and there is not a place for user name
