I recently upgraded to a new computer running Windows 10 Enterprise. I tried to load the newest drivers for my network ImageClass D1370 multi-function printer/scanner/fax machine but I keep getting an error message that I don't have sufficient privileges to install the program. I checked and I do have administrator privileges. I also successfully loaded HP and Lexmark drivers for two other network printers I use. WHat am I missing?

Enterprise has nothing to do with it.
Try this......When you go to open the installation file/executable, click it with the RIGHT mouse button, and choose "Run as Administrator" from the context menu.
Does this do it? There are program installers that demand this even though you have Windows admin privileges already.

I tried that but it didn't help. But thanks for the suggestion.
