Hi, I recently began a new position at a nonprofit that has a Canon F167802 Printer from September 2016. I am trying to connect it to the Wireless Internet, but the option under Network Settings is greyed out and I cannot select it. How can I activate that option to setup the wireless internet? Is there an alternative location to setup the printer to the wifi?

Thanks for joining the conversation, rlevin611! What I think my colleague meant to ask was what Canon printer model you have. The number you provided doesn't really help us, so if you could find the model name and number for your printer, that would help us a lot. It should appear on the front or top of your printer and it probably begins with letters like "MF" or "LBP."
We look forward to your reply!
