I changed my home wifi recently, and since then my printer has been unable to connect to the wifi. My new wifi router does not have WPS button. The printed Network Configuration identified my network name but the printer did not accept my network password and displays an incorrect MAC address. It also says Signal Strength is 0% and has no IPv4 nor IPV6 IP Addresses.
I cannot connect my printer to my wifi. I have tried Standard Setup, Manual setup, and Cableless Setup (by downloading the canon app onto my phone). I can't download the software to my computer (Mac Ventura). Before I haul out a very old and barely functioning hp laptop, thought I'd ask for help here.

Greetings,
A WPS (Wifi Protected SetUp) option is not needed for wifi connectivity.
The printer requires a 2.4Ghz broadcast that supports WPS2 / AES encryption. If your new router uses the same SSID name for all broadcasts, this can cause issues for connection. You can give each network a unique name or temporarily disable the all but the 2.4GHZ broadcast, then re-enable after connection is made. Also check your encryption settings. Ensure you have WPA2 or WPA3/WPA2 for backwards compatibility.
Downloads for your printer are here:
There are also wireless connection assistance articles as well.
