I am unable to get the Toner Status version 2.10 program to run for my Canon MF641Cw on my desktop computer. My operating system is Windows 10 Home 64-bit version 21H1. I reinstalled the Toner Status software and it still will not run.

Try right clicking on the Toner Status application & select Run as Administrator. Any change?

Hello Drawde,
If the toner status monitor is not running, it could be caused by security running on the computer, You can try turning off and security software that is running and then you can try opening it to see if it responds.
If it still does not open, I would suggest checking with our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with setting up the toner status monitor or check what is causing the issue.
