Text wont print from Laptpop

Hi can anyone help

I have a Pixma MG3650.

When I print from my PC it works perfectly, when I try to print from my laptop, it wont print text.

I am assuming the problem might be with the laptop but not sure - can anyone help to resolve this

will it print black in graphics?

I had the same problem with my MP560. USE A DIFFERENT USB CABLE - THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. Everyone says they are the same but they are NOT.

 I tried everything listed to fix this problem, then switched to different USB cable and it worked the first time out."

Going to buy a new USB cable to try nothing is working

Hi yes it will print black graphics if I save a text file as a jpeg doc it will print the text !!!!!
