PIXMA TR4720 Software Download does not include IJ Scan Utility

I have successfully loaded the software for my canon 4700 on a couple of computers.  This is a third one which is a Dell windows release 11.  When I download the drivers etc to my computer, the IJ  Scan Utility Lite is not available and I have no idea how to launch a scan without it.  All the instructions start with using that download which was available for my other computers.  I have tried to download it multiple times and it is never offered.  Thanks, Bruce Bohn

Last time I downloaded this software a year or so ago, it was listed separately as a download.  I guess it was merged into another download without saying anything.  Thanks very much.  bb

It still is on some Canon printer support pages, listed as the IJ scanner utility, the one you were looking for.

Well I am far from a techie and actually have little choice.  In fact I looked on the web site for over an hour and did not find it, likely because I just didn't know what to look for.  I do however think Canon could do better addressing such an ultimately easy problem.  None of the help pages helped.
