Professional Print & Layout: Plug-in only? Print multiple photos per page?

Two issues I could use some help with. 

1. Apparently this can only be used as a plug in?

2. It seems like it will only print one photo per page when used with Lightroom? How would I layout more than one photo?

(I'm using Windows 10, printer is the Pro-300.)

Thank you, John. I can't even figure out how to open it outside Lightroom? I also am unable to "drag and drop" a photo to it from outside Lightroom?

In the application folder find Canon Utilities folder. In that folder find Pp&L folder. In that folder there should be an icon for pp&l
