Can someone please tell me that in 2024 it is possible to print a square or a circle photo using Canon EasyPhoto Print Editor!
I have 2 photos that I cropped in Lightroom to be a square. There are no circle or square templates so when I import them they change the aspect ratio to whatever is set in the template I have chosen. It won't let me shrink to fit. Even If I choose one of the templates with 2 square photos I have to delete the rectangle frames and resize the square ones but there are no measurements attached so I can ensure both squares are the same size.
I am beyond frustrated with our lack of control over the print size and shape.
Am I missing something? If this editor is really as sub-par as I think it is, can someone suggest another printer with better software or at the very least a 3rd party software that gives us the control that I am looking for?

Lightroom lets you print different photos on a page using templates.

Are you exporting the image from Lightroom after you edit it? If you export a JPEG that you resized to let’s say 2 inches square it will be 2 inches square when imported into another program.

You would think, right? But I export a square photo from Lightroom and when I choose that photo to print using the Canon EasyPhoto Print software, it changes the aspect ratio. It WILL NOT leave it as a square. Same if I export a circle from Photoshop. It is EXTREMELY frustrating!
