I am trying to set up myself new MG3620 and I am having issues. The setup software does not detect the printer. So it brings me to the help page I try everything on that page. The printer just won't respond. Like hold the WiFi button until the power button flashes. The buttons do not respond do no flash the WiFi button won't flash or turn off. I think my printer is broken.

How did you fix it? I'm trying to set up a TS302 and I'm also not having the right lights flash, etc. What did you change?

I did the setup and when the printer was not found. I did all the help then I got the option to connect by WPS or Wireless by USB I picked USB.

Oh, okay. That's a solution to connecting to the printer, but it's not a solution to connecting wirelessly! Glad it works for you.
