Since the amount of media types my Pro-1000 can store in its internal memory is limited to 35, and I'm currently trying out a lot of different papers to find my preference, I would like to delete unused media types to free up space. Doing this from the printer memory and driver is no problem and goes quite easily. Issue is with Print Studio Pro, when a media type is deleted from the printer memory and driver, the program crashes and doesn't open anymore. Therefore I assume the correct order to delete media types is first from Print Studio Pro, then from the printer memory and last from the driver. Issue is that I can't seem to find a way to delete the media types from Print Studio Pro.
Hopefully somebody here knows what to do?
Kind regards,
Tom.

What if you use Professional Print & Layout with the Pro-1000.

Hi John,
Indeed, in Professional Print & Layout there is a button available to update the media information from the printer. Works perfectly now.
Thank you very much for the support.
Kind regards,
Tom.
