Is there a way to silently install the Photo Studio Pro 2.2.4 app? Have tried tweaking setup.ini per other Canon manuals, tried -silent, tried setup.exe /qb absolutepathto\setup.ini /i yet the wizard shows every time.

I think this is something that software developers would need to configure/opt-in to? Probably best to go to the main usa.canon.com page and provide feedback about this by clicking on "[+] Feedback" in either the upper-right corner of the page or at the bottom next to the copyright notice.

Thanks for joining the conversation, aaldeza!
While Canon USA hasn't offered an app by that name, we have offered the similarly-named "Print Studio Pro." Is that what you're asking about?
And so that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi. I cannot answer your question since i don't know what a silent install is. I don't understand when you say "every time" Once the program is installed it doesn't need to be installed again, at based on my experience.

Silent install is where you make an app install without invoking the user Interface or installation wizard - ie: letting the installer run from elevated command prompt without it asking for user input. Your next question would be why would you want to do that? Answer: Lab installs - the printer is on the network and the laptops can connect to it wirelessly via the print server. There are 90 laptops in the lab and going through that wizard 90 times would be inefficient. In order to efficiently install apps onto the laptops, it is best done via silent install (ie: installing without being prompted for input). Let me know if you require further clarification for this.

Thanks for the education. As a single user I never came across that scenario before.
