Hello I recently changed internet providers and I cannot connect. When I select the router it does not give me the option to enter a password

There are a couple of ways to solve this. Visit the support portal fro your device:
Canon Support for PIXMA TR4522 | Canon U.S.A., Inc.
Under Software, choose your OS.
If your printer drivers are up to date, try using the Wireless Connection Assistant. This is a small program that should allow you to update the wireless password for your new network.
If your drivers are older, or yo uhave any issues, you can remove the printer and drivers from your machine, restart and run a fresh install of the latest drivers. This will go through the same steps when the printer was installed initially.
