It's the only device that cannot connect to the modem, and I've already troubleshot it and there's no issues.
I've tried manually connecting, connecting using my phone, connecting through my phone, upgrading to a newer printer (Its a brand new type of modem so I thought maybe I needed a newer printer but the problem persists), chaning tcp settings- and nothing allows either printer to connect.
It will see the modem and register that it's available, but fails upon connecting, no matter how I try to connect. And yes, I've triple checked, the password is correct.
The modem is also an Xfinity Gateway modem, the new white one they have. All other devices connect effortlessly to it, these two printers are the only ones that cannot.
Is there anything else that can help getting the printer to work, or am I SOL and need a different printer?

Hi there!
I'm not a tech, however, I've been around and know some things.
Our printers can only see the 2.4Ghz WiFi spectrum.
Some of the very new WiFi routers/modems are only putting out 5Ghz (which is kind of silly). You'll need to tell your router/modem to put out BOTH 2.4 and 5Ghz. I found an article on the Xfinity site HERE that may be able to help. If it doesn't you'll want to ask their support team how to allow your modem to broadcast both 2.4 and 5Ghz.
The other thing that you want to try is running the setup wizard from THIS SITE.
