I recently switch my internet provider and I can’t get my pixma g6020 to connect wifi or plugged (although I want the wifi feature to work) to my new internet. I can see it whether I’m trying from my laptop, my phone (app) or with the dvd but it won’t connect it keeps giving me error 3441. I spent days on this. Anyone else have had this issue? I have even reset all settings from the printer and it still won’t work. I tried from the printer as well and no luck. I can select my wifi but it doesn’t connect.
