I have been using a MG3022, sparingly, for four+ years on a home WIFI network with both a Win 10 PC and Android phones. About a month ago we lost internet access for a few days. Now the printer no longer connects. We have tried all of the recommended steps including a full reinstall, with both network and direct wireless connection using Android, Windows 10 and a newer Windows 11 PC, including installation of new drivers and reinstallation of the Android connection app. Each time we get as far as the PC or device searching for the printer. Finding nothing, I have tried manually adding the printer but the Canon product list does not include this model. It appears the model was discontinued but does this mean the product is no longer supported, or is there something else I could try? TIA for any help.
