Pixima TS3150 not connecting to WiFi

There was an electrical surge which caused my all-in-one printer/scanner to disconnect from the wifi. There is a cross beside the wifi symbol on the printer indicating it is not connected. I have tried every type of reset, hard resset, factory reset I can find online and so far no joy. My W10 laptop cannot find it and I don't know what to do next. I have managed to print by using a USB lead to connect the laptop with the printer but the scanner will not work. It was all working perfectly before.
