I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.6, have just re-installed the Pro-300 CUPS driver via the IJ utility, and ensured that I have selected the correct driver when adding the printer. However, when I open the printer utility the only option that I have in the dropdown is "Custom Settings", it is missing "Media Information". I am worried that the driver did not install correctly - how can I check and fix the problem?
