PIXMA TS9521Ca Cannot scan to computer, can't find U Scan app

I have tried  but cannot figure it out. computer says U Scan utility is downloaded but I do not find the U Scan app so I can actually scan something to my windows 11

You downloaded but did you install the program?

I went into my program files and got it to work. But there is no icon on  my home screen.

If you want an icon for the program (called a Shortcut) on your desktop, you have to put it there. Go to the program in your Programs list in Start Menu. Left-click on it and drag to the desktop.

Be careful if you have My Image garden and use the "update".  It wipes all your contents in MIGarden,  Canon tech support claims the images are in files somewhere on your computer and you have to remember where and the names,  Iused an "update" from the canon site from Tiwan..............will NEVER do that again, in fact will purchase next printer from HP
