Hello,
Your printer is likely offline due to a network change from the new router.
Try this:
- Reset the printer’s Wi-Fi settings (usually via a small button on the back)
- Reconnect it to the new router’s network
- Update the printer’s IP address in your system or app settings
If needed, check your printer model’s support page for exact steps. This should bring it back online.
