My printer was connected to WiFi. We had some interruptions in electricity, and it was disconnected. It is connected to the internet (same network). My computer cannot find it on the network although it is connected. I have another Canon (Pro-100) that is working just fine. I seem to have had this problem once before, but I cannot remember how I fixed. it.

When you setup the printer did you set a network address on the printer or did you let it get one from the router? I suggest you set the address in the printer setup this way it will not change if you lose power. You could check on the printer what network address it has and change it on the computer to match though this in the optimal solution.

Thanks. Will do. I finally got it connected by doing a full reset of the printer. Now I am working on getting my wife's Mac Book Pro connected to the printer.

If you don't set the ip address in the printer before you connect the computers if the power goes out again you very well could lose connection again.
Good luck
