Greetings Canon Forums. I am having some issues with my Canon Pixma TS6420A Inkjet Printer. I tried to print something with it and it stayed idle failing to connect. Looking at the forums I found that I am supposed to uninstall the drivers for it and reinstall them. When I tried to do that however, the installation fails. I have tried uninstalling all the software completely to no avail.
I am wondering if there is anyone who has had this issue that was able to fix it and could help me do the same.
