I have a Canon TS6420a series printer that I use at work with a Macbook. I recently have been struggling with getting it to print. I have tried turning off everything, restarting, downloading the software - all the suggestions. I have no option to add as an AirPrint. It will say on the printer's end that it is connected to the same Wifi and that I can wirelessly print yet it will not and I'm just getting more and more frustrated.
Canon TS6400 series._ipps._tcp.local. This is the message that shows when I try to add the printer. PLEASE help me.

I've got a similar issue but mine seems to fall asleep and won't wake up. I have to manually wake it up before using AirPrint and I've got the power saving feature turned off.

Looks like we've been abandoned on this issue. I'm about to chalk up the loss of $70 and go buy an Epson printer like I should have in the first place.

Greetings,
I've got a "similar issue". Please start your own thread. It should include the model number of your Canon product. The version and build of the operating system you are using it with, and how it is connected and to what.
I'll be watching for your post. 🙂
