PIXMA TS4320 - Won't interface with phone

Recently I bought a Canon TS4320 printer. Does a good job but slow. For under $100, I didn't expect lightning speed. However, I find recipes on Google that I want to print off my Samsung A13 phone; mostly desserts BTW. The print screen reads: Printer not available. I checked the printer to see if location was a factor. Went downstairs to the office and had the phone within a foot of the printer. Same, same. Checked the phone: WiFi on, Bluetooth on. Suggestions are appreciated.

Toubleshooting Connection Issues

If your Samsung A13 phone cannot find your Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Ensure Wi-Fi Connection

• Make sure both your Samsung A13 and Canon PIXMA TS4320 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The Pixma TS4320 requires a 2.5 ghz signal, it will not connect to a 5ghz network. The printer cannot operate a USB connection and WIFI connection at the same time.
• Check that the Wi-Fi light on the printer is steady, indicating a successful connection.

Restart Devices

• Restart both your Samsung A13 phone and the Canon PIXMA TS4320 printer. This can help refresh the connection.

Install Canon PRINT App

• Download and install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the Google Play Store on your Samsung A13.
• Open the app and allow it to access your location and network devices.

Add Printer in Canon PRINT App

1. Open the Canon PRINT app.
2. Tap the Add Printer button.
3. The app will search for available printers on the Wi-Fi network.
4. Select your PIXMA TS4320 from the list to connect.

Additional Tips

• If the printer is still not detected, ensure that the Canon PRINT service is enabled in your phone's printing settings.
• You may also try entering the printer's IP address manually in the app if it does not appear automatically.

I made a typo, it should read 2.4ghz not 2.5ghz.
