Canon LBP633cdw airprint not working

Hi, we use canon lbp633cdw in our office. We want to print it with Airprint, but it cannot find it. When I look at the interface, airprint appears to be "on". I can use it on my phone by entering the IP address manually using the Canon Print Business application. But the company owner wants to send via airprint via iPhone.

Hello Volkantipi,

If you have checked that airprint is turned on and the printer and phone are on the same network, you can try power cycling the router that is connecting the devices. Once the network is back up, you can check if the iOS device can find the printer via airprint. If that does not work, you can also check if the printer is set to block prints with unknow IDs. You can check the setting from the remote UI using the steps in the link HERE.
