My Mom has a Canon TS3500 inkjet printer. Purchased May 2023. I downloaded the app and set it up to print from her IPad. (She does not live nearby ) The printer worked ok last summer. Not used in winter. Now every time it turns off, it looses the WI-FI setup. I have to delete the app, reinstall and re- set up and connect to Wi-Fi. Very frustrating and she cannot do that. There is an auto shut off , I think, and happened again while I was visiting this weekend.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TS3500 series. The model number should appear on the top of the printer just above the power button. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
