Used my printer on a different network. I'm now home and trying to reconnect it but it won't recognize my network because it's attached to the other one. I can't use the network configuration tool BECAUSE IT'S NOT ON MY NETWORK! I'm going in circles and I don't know how to fix it. I don't have access to a USB cable to just connect that way, it needs done over wifi. The directions I keep trying to reset to factory settings (holding down the resume button until the power light flashes 15 times) but it's done nothing, it's still attempting to connect to the other network.

Greetings ,
To put the printer into cableless setup mode, you have to press the Wi-Fi button, not the resume button.
How to Start Cableless Setup - iX6820 https://share.google/oh2yDT9pmNUUcpVXA
Then run the printer's installation utility again on your computer and it will allow you to configure wireless SSID and password again. This will allow you to change it back to your home network.
You can get the installation utility here:
