PIXMA TS3522 Can't Reinstall, Program Not Compatible

For the past few days i have been trying to re-install my Canon TS3522 using your web page. The response says that this program is not compatible. I am using Windows 8.

It looks like you would need to update to W8.1; there appears to be no driver for W8.
