PIXMA TS3322 Will not connect to WIFI.

I have bee3n trying to no avail to connect my printer to our WIFI. We do not get the 2.4/5 with our WIFI it says nothing, so I don't know how to connect it.

Most routers transmit a 2.4 and 5 GHZ signal. You may need to enable dual transmission however. If you do not have 2.4 GHZ then your only choice is to connect using a USB/printer cable to your pc if possible.

Yes, your router still has 2.4GHz even if it doesn't show it. Try setting it up through USB or moving closer and reconnecting.

For wireless connectivity, your printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that supports WPA2 encryption.  

Please ensure your network meets these requirements and is using this security standard.  The printer cannot connect to a 5 GHz broadcast or a router that uses WPA3 encryption.

If you tell us the brand and model of your network equipment, maybe we can find instructions to help you ensure it's configured properly.
