PIXMA TS3320 stopped printing from Wi-Fi, air printer not found error

SueB1

My TS 3320 has stopped printing documents sent from my iPhone, iPad or Windows laptop. It still copies and will print the info sheet, which confirms it is still connected to our WiFi network. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Suggestions?

Welcome to the forum!

The iPhone and iPad are OS18 and both get "no air printer not found" message. The laptop is Windows 11 and said there was a problem with the driver. I tried deleting and reinstalling the driver but that didn't work.

Hi SueB1,

First, let's disable IPv6 on your PIXMA TS3322.

On your TS3322, please repeatedly press the wrench and screwdriver button until 16 appears on the display.

Once it appears, please press the BLACK Start button 1 time.

After you have performed that, please turn your PIXMA TS3322 and iOS devices off.

Please go to your router and unplug the power cord.  Wait 30 seconds or so and then reconnect the power cord to your router.  When your Wi-Fi network is back online, please turn your iOS devices and TS3322 back on and attempt to print.
