PIXMA TR8660a - Prints all but one page, BK ink full, PGBK empty

All text on pages print, on one particular page the highlighted or bolded text prints but no text.  I've copied the page and pasted to pdf - same printing.  Pasted into word as an image and then as formated - same printing.  But text from any other page prints - I've aligned the heads - I've removed and re added the printer - whats next
