I updated my MacBook Air and go the following message below.    What does this mean?  I'm not calling them about this.

It means that the Canon software you loaded has a component (system extension) that may not be compatible with a future version of macOS.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Minx777!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon product you're using and which version of macOS you're running. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi. Thought I put its a Pixma TR2020.   Just updated to Sequoia 15.2.    I just printed from computer an it's fine.  If I print from my phone I don't get an icon in my doc but I can't even remember if Im supposed to get one.

So the question is does. Canon know and are they going to fix it?  Thats what I really want to know.   Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, though the model number you mentioned doesn't match up with any Canon printer models.  Would you mind please double-checking that for us?

Sorry,  It's a Pixma TR7020a.   Thats what I get for trying to remember without looking,
