I can not seem to get this printer working.... our wireless router was replaced, had a computer guy come and was able to have the printer scan. My computer died.... now able to print a test page but that's about it. Had the computer guy come back, he said it's working fine... it says it's scanning but isn't. Tried to put a paper in the top tray to copy, it says its scanning and I get nothing. Go to the settings, to the printer, hit test page and it prints fine. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
What version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running? Also as a test, are you able to print from a mobile device using the Canon print inkjet selphy app?
