Canon PIXMA g3410 not photocopying full page.

Help my canon g3410 cannot photocopy the full size A4 page. Works well with printing and scanning but always leaves a margin of about 2mm on the bottom of page when I use the buttons on the printer. Photocopy also works well when I use the phone app. How do I solve this issue

I'm not finding a lot of information on this model as it appears to be a product intended for sale in another country or region. 

You might want to check the IJ scan utility and ensure it's set to scan the full size of your media.
