PIXMA TR4722: Can’t connect wirelessly

jshowers

I recently bought  Canon TR4722 and i cannot get it hooked up completely to the internet. I tried all the setups and help tools. I used my iPhone 15, my android and my pc. It connects on the printer but doesn’t complete setup. I am so frustrated I am ready to return it and go back to an Epson or Hp. Any help?

Hi jshowers,

Thanks for starting a new tread.  Have you confirmed your network supports 2.4Ghz wireless as I referenced previously.  Have you verified its connected to the router under attached devices?  What is its IP address?

These are basic troubleshooting steps and applies to any network device.  Printer, computer, NAS, mobile device, TV, iPAD, etc.  Start with verifying connection.
