PIXMA TR4520 driver won't install on Win 11 64 bit

Got a new laptop with win 11 64 bit, downloaded the driver from website file name win-tr4500-1_4-n_mcd.

After double clicking the .exe the file unzips and throws an error "This program is not supported by the computer"

Unsure why this is happening, have also upaded windows as required. Any help would be highly apprecaited.
