I'm setting up a new computer and cant get the printer driver for my pro 100 to install. It says 'The installation failed' at the end of install.
I downloaded the mac driver from the pixma pro 100 software page today.
Also tried a firmware update on the printer and that failed.
Any advice would be appreciated
