After we changed to the new router on our spectrum account, I can't connect the Canon Pixma Pro 100 to the wifi because the new router doesn't have WSP button. Does anyone know how to connect it? I've tried chatting with Spectrum but they didn't offer a solution.

I had the same problem when switching to a new router.
This article from the Canon Knowledge Base led me through the process, but it is for Mac OS; I’m not sure if you’re on a Mac or PC. The basic concept should be the same, though.
Best wishes!
